Automated controller systems and multi-cellular phenomena
|
|
We are interested in an engineer-like technical approach to understand quantitatively the physical parameters in cell migration and the cellular response to external signals (e.g. Biophys. J. 90: 4701-4711, 2006, PNAS 99, 13783-8, 2002). Moreover, we attempt to understand emerging phenomena when cells cluster into multicellular aggregate (e.g. Cell Biochem Biophys 51: 51-66, 2008; EurPhysJ E 1 215-225, 2000).
