You can find and complete all forms in the International Office. We go to the "Bürgerbüro" (Citizens' Office) and to the "Ausländerbehörde" (Foreigner Office) regularly and submit the application forms on your behalf.
We also refer you to the contact person for accomodation and health insurance.
